Remember the Seed sowing into milk cartons?  Today was the unveiling…This one is the Lupine…the plants are about 2.5 inches high…good time to replant them into small containers. It seems too cold to put them in the ground. What do you think?  They are hardened off as they have been outside all of this time.

I am going to repot them with Gentle Garden’s soil that has been enriched with compost and composted leaves. Then I can start a new batch with the kitchen compost of banana peels, coffee grounds, lettuce, and other kitchen scraps that I have been keeping over the winter.  It is my “black gold” stash. smile.
